If you want a responsive realtor you should call Sheri. Not only is she there for you quickly but she offers great advice about what you need to do to get what you are looking to achieve. Sheri helped me sell my house and she gave me realistic expectations for the marketing of my home, the average time it takes to sell in my neighborhood, and she seeks second and third opinions from other realtors to give you the feedback you need to move forward.
